    Sanne LIS S.A (“FundRock LIS”), an Apex Group company, is a leading independent third-party UCITS Management Company and Alternative Investment Fund Manager headquartered in Luxembourg. Aaro Capital uses the umbrella provided by has appointed FundRock LIS for its Luxembourg domiciled funds, to passport its European friendly products within the EU.

    Vittoria and Partners

    Vittoria & Partners LLP (“V&P”) is a regulatory hosting platform, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom (“UK”), providing solutions to those looking to undertake regulatory activity in the UK. V&P work with Hedge Funds, Private Equity, Corporate Finance, and Real Estate firms. Aaro Capital Ltd. is an Appointed Representative of V&P, who act as the Alternative Investment Fund Manager for the Aaro Cayman Island funds.

    AK Jensen Group

    AK Jensen Limited is a European brokerage offering Prime Brokerage and technology services, authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Using the Fund Platform provided by AK Jensen in Malta, Aaro Capital’s fund service providers include PwC, Apex Fund Services, Fenech and Fenech, RiskCap International, Banca Zarattini & Co and Zarattini International. AK Jensen also benefits from direct knowledge and experience of crypto funds and the asset class through its crypto hedge fund platform, AKJ Crypto.

    Fund HQ

    Fund HQ is an outsourced and flexible platform product providing advisory and outsourced services for asset managers, particularly emerging and start up managers. Fund HQ advises and helps Aaro Capital to manage all operational aspects of the business including service providers. Aaro works with Fund HQ to ensure robust company governance, business management and operational risk management. Fund HQ also advises the Fund Managers of the Aaro DLT Multifund to help ensure robust operations and management of the Multifund.

    Virtual PA London

    Virtual PA London provides remote business and administrative support to multiple sectors. Aaro uses Virtual PA London for flexible and comprehensive administrative support from experienced professionals within the financial services sector. This covers Aaro’s management, governance and supporting processes, as well as Aaro’s internal systems.

    IBN Technologies is an outsourcing specialist with a client base covering the US, UK, Middle East, and India. In its over 20 years of operation, IBN has become known as a key IT and BPO outsourcing specialist organisation in the Alternative Investment industry as well as other sectors. They support Aaro Capital with flexible and comprehensive administrative support from experienced professionals. This extends across all areas of Aaro’s business, from investments, to operations, and sales and marketing.

    Aaro Capital’s approach to the DLT and crypto asset class is grounded by economic fundamentals and academic research. The expertise of our economists spans all three areas of the sciences: macroeconomics, microeconomics and empirical analysis. They actively advise on key academic research, provide commentary on current market trends, and develop top-down empirical and economic overlays for the analysis and management of our strategies.

    Dr. Daniele Bianchi
    Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary, University of London

    Daniele is an Associate Professor at the School of Economics and Finance at Queen Mary, University of London. He was previously an Assistant Professor in the Finance Group at Warwick Business School. He joined Warwick in 2014, after being awarded a Ph.D. by the Department of Finance at Bocconi University. He has been a visiting scholar at the McCombs School of Business at UT Austin in Texas, at University “Ca’ Foscari” of Venice in Italy, and at the Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon. His research interests span Cryptocurrency Markets, Empirical Asset Pricing, Financial Econometrics, and Machine Learning. He has published several working papers on the empirical analysis of the crypto asset class and has advised on a previous crypto project. Outside of academia, he serves as Research Director of SelfieWealth Robo-Advisor, the first FCA-authorised Robo Advisor.

    Dr. Giovanni Ricco
    Professor at the Department of Economics of the University of Warwick

    Giovanni is a Professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Warwick. He is also Chercheur Associé at the Observatoire Français des Conjonctures Economiques (OFCE) at Sciences Po in Paris. He obtained his MRes/Ph.D. in Economics from London Business School and Ph.D in Theoretical Physics from Pisa University. His research interests span Applied Macroeconomics, Fiscal Policy, Monetary Policy and Models of Imperfect Information.

    Dr. Spyros Galanis
    Professor of Economics at Durham University Business School

    Spyros is a Professor of Economics at Durham University Business School. He was previously Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at City, University of London, as well as Associate Professor at the Department of Economics at the University of Southampton. He obtained his Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Rochester. He has been a visiting scholar at University College London, Kyoto Institute of Economic Research and Queen Mary, University of London. His research interests include Decision Theory, Finance, Game Theory and Experiments.

    Alex Dickerson
    Visiting Scholar at the Systemic Risk Centre at London School of Economics

    Alex is a Ph.D. candidate in Finance and Econometrics at the University of Warwick, and a Visiting Scholar at the Systemic Risk Centre within the London School of Economics. Before this, he worked with a boutique hedge fund in South Africa to design active-index investment products and a passive investment fund focused on life-staged investments. His research interests span empirical asset pricing with a focus on crypto-assets, and applied econometrics.

    Dr. Jerome Rousselot
    Jita Ltd

    Jerome is the founder and CEO of Jita, a global fintech innovation company. Jita offers strategic advice, product development and security audits to asset managers, startups and companies in fintech and DLT. Previously, Jerome was Chief Revenue Officer of Mycelium, a digital wallet which he helped raise USD 20 million. Jerome gained his PhD in Theoretical Computer Science from École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne.

    Oscar Pacey
    Tranquility Node Ltd

    Oscar is a network economies specialist who has been involved in the digital asset and blockchain community since 2013. Oscar was a key technical advisor to the UK Royal Mint during their partnership with CME to create a gold bullion backed blockchain platform. Projects include decentralised protocol design, key custody design and fee modelling. Prior to being a consultant, he worked as head of an equity derivatives sales-trading team in London. In this role, Oscar was an FCA Approved Person and a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst.

    Blockchain Slovakia

    David studied Economics at Masaryk University in Czech Republic, and did his Master of Science in Digital Currencies at University of Nicosia in Cyprus. He is Vice President at Blockchain Slovakia - an NGO focused on education, research and policy advocacy in the area of cryptocurrencies and blockchain technology. David also lectures courses on cryptocurrencies at University of Zilina and University of Economics in Bratislava, and he regularly speaks about cryptocurrencies on conferences, seminars, forums, universities etc. He is also consulting multiple crypto-related startups and initiatives, not only in Slovakia and Czech Republic, but also all over Europe. He writes regularly about development of the crypto world in his newsletter - New Bits on the Block.
